what organisms are you looking for? I have used both IPSF and Inland Aquatics and they are both good kits but don't contain exactly the same organisms. One of the most important infauns in my opinion are terebellid worms, which I think are what people call spaghetti worms. I like the ones that I got from IA and they reproduce rapidly IME. If you want the many different types of worms rather than just your typical bristleworm then I think there's no substitute for high-quality wild-collected live sand. But finding any that has been shipped and stored properly can be a problem. My opinion only.

Thanks for your response. I'm looking for maximum diversity. Dr. Shimek recommends using kits from more than one supplier and I will probably use the two on your list. I was also thinking about Tampa Bay Salt Water, where I originally got my rock and sand.
