need help with new skimmer

Hi,can anyone help me?I just purchased a PM bullet-1 skimmer.I have had it set up for two weeks now and still no skimming action.I am using a rainbow lifeguard quiet one on it.I know it is not pressure rated but thought the extra flow would compensate for that.The place where I bought it said it would be fine if I put it on the bottom of the sump?Any advice would be appreciated.

You have to use a pressure rated pump - nothing else will work. You will have good foam in less than 24 hours with a pressure rated pump.
