I have a 110 gal reefready tank with sump, my return pump for the tank is a 1200magdrive with filter pad and 950 magdrive with filter pad for my skimmer, the tank has been up for 15 days, when I run the mag 1200 I get thousands of micro bubbles and with the skimmer running its even worse, the return water in my sump ends up being bubble free once at the bottom where pump picks up the water, but once it goes through the magdrives it comes out full of micro bubbles, will these bubbles eventually subside or will this be a ongoing problem, cause the tank looks like crap with all these micro bubbles, any help apreciated, thanks again.

First look to see if the intake is causing water to be sucked from the surface. If this is the case the place intake further down in the water.
Second check to see that your fittings are not leaking. Sometimes a leak on the intake side will suck air into the pump. A leak on the outlet side will drip. I suspect a poor fitting on the inlet side.

I fixed the problem it was simple, there was no leak, my return from my tank goes to the sump top compartment which has a filter pad and small holes drilled on a glass drawer where the pad sit, underneath the drawer like glass plate sites a slanted glass plate which the water hits and causes foamy bubbles in the sump corner, all I did was place another filter pad on the slanted glass piece which the water hits, and it has significantly reduced the bubbles, did I make any sense, cya.
