Hello,
I'm getting back into the hobby after a four year hiatus, and have a couple questions regarding what the new standards for lighting are. I'm setting up a 55gallon tank (would prefer a 60, but a 55 is what I have) and plan on keeping LPS, SPS, and Soft corals in it.
My current plans for lighting are as follows:
2- 175 watt 10k MH's.
1- 96 Watt Actinic CF
1- 30 Watt Actinic Flourescent
Would this be sufficent for the SPS's? I know from experience this setup will be more then enough for the LPS and softies.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
