Hello all I am getting the AMP master 3000 with the 1 inch in and out. I am currently running the ss 800 on my 75 gallon. I want to know if think this will work. I plan on coming out of the pump with 1 inch flex to a ball valve then to a three way splitter so now I have 3-1 inch lines 1 will go right up to a 3/4 bulk head fitting that is my normal return and I am going to make that a spray bar. Now for the other 1 inch lines I am going to make 1 inch returns out of PVC. OK now for my question my stand is 32 inches and the tank is 22 inches do you think I will get about 1000 gallons circulating.

thanks

Bob,
I would say yes to you question but don't you think you would be better off getting the 1.5" inlets and outlets and just reducing from there.

I heard the Ampmaster didn't work as well with 1" input or output. I'm going to buy an external pump for a closed loop and was considering this pump but I need 1" input and don't want to spend $500 if I'm halfing the output by reducing the plumbing, any opinions?
