FWIW you can buy the 4 new episodes in a 2 DVD set thru discovery.com for $39.99 (US). However you can get the same 4 new episode set for $29.99 (US) at Amazon.com and the original 4 episodes here (again) at Amazon.com for $24.99.

Thanks for posting this topic Scubadude. I caught the "coral seas" episode last night and it was fascinating. One scene showed a school of convict tangs plowing through a reef where powder blue were feeding. The convicts had them outnumbered 50:1. Eventually the powder blue's were able to run them off.

GREAT SHOW!

Thanks again!

I caught them all last night as well. The Coral Seas was amazing. It had a virtual tour of the inside of a stoney starting off through a polyp. coooool! I was also amazed at the "time elapse" frames of coral growth. It was beeeeuuuutiful!

The only disappointing factor that I caught was no mention of asexual reproduction through means of breakage, etc... But, all in all a very good program.

The creatures of the deep and the "Dark Zone" animals are the best thing ive seen on TV this year. DONT MISS IT.

P.S. David Atemborough ROCKS. He's the only man ive ever known to climb full-on into a termites nest, presumeably for a close up interview.
