I have decided to leave my lights off on my tank.I have followed all other algae control protocals and I still have problems. I still continue to fight(wet foam)my AquaC even with the pump change(sen900.)I noticed that all the small pieces of LR in my sump no longer have hair algae. In turning off the lights should I also cover the tank from the light that is in the room. I have flourecent and there is no natural light(basement) in the room.
