All Glass Aquarium tanks in that size are only tempered on the bottom. You can drill the rest of the glass without much problem if you have a diamond glass drill bit.
All-glass doesn't use tempered glass on the sides. If you are buying a new tank why not consider a reef-ready with a factory drilled bottom and corner overflow?
