Susan,

A friend of mine bought ballasts from Lampsnow. He set the system up, plugged in, and the bulbs blew within 3 minutes. They did not reimburse him for the bulbs. He got his money back for the ballasts, but he was out $100 for the bulbs.

I am not telling you whether or not to do business with them, I am simply relating a friend's experience.

I bought the two lamp VHO e-ballast from them for $129 and could not be more pleased. It came with 3 piece German end caps also. VERY VERY VERY SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought 2 10KK 400 watt Ushio's. I couldn't get one to fire. They asked me to try a few things and then 2nd day aired me another bulb. Sending the bad bulb back was a snap since they also sent a prepaid return sticker.

I was VERY HAPPY with them. They were extremely nice as the tech chatted with me for about 15 mins about other things.
