Ready to start over

I have a 90 gallon taken over by aptasia and green hair algae. I think the happen when i Moved and disturbed the CC. I am willing to start over but have LOTS of corraline algae and xenia and mushroomsIs there anyway I can save this. I moved everything else that wasnt ROCK attached to another tank. This was my plan. Put all the rock in a container filled with tank water. I have lots of Good life on these and hate to lose 5 years of growth. Scrubb all the hair algae off. When I set up the tank add 150 lbs of Southdown and add some of the crushed coral in it to cycle it. I have moved all the fish to another tank. All the water will be go thru RO unit. What should i do with the APTASIA????? Dont want anther outbreak!!!!!!!! I will add 5 peppermint shrimp to stop future outbreaks and realize these wont kill the big ones. My system currently has a Berlin 250 protein skimmer with a Mag 5, I have recentlly put a UV sterilizer back on to curb the hair algae, I have a Sump and lots of power heads and another mag 5 for circ.
