Adjusting CA reactor

I just set up my CoralHound dual reactor in my lightly stocked 180.
How should I adjust and fine tune this thing? I am currently running about 60 bubbles per minute and about 100 ml per minute.
Does more bubbles mean higher CA and Alk?

What do the instructions say?

If you raise CO2, then the ph in the effluent line will drop and raise ALK. If you rais ethe flow, the phH will rise and lower ALK. If you offset both, then they should stay the same.

What is your effluent ph? I don't chase numbers of co2 rate...I check the effluent for ph and alk.
