Buy Martin Moe's "Breeding the Orchid Dottyback." That will get you 90% there.

The remaining 10% is hard work and perseverence. This is speaking from my experience breeding the Sunrise dottyback.

I'll second that james, Moe's book is a great reference. I have a pair of Steene's Dottybacks (Pseudochromis steenei) that I purchased from ORA. They were both juvenile males when I got them and in 8 weeks one had changed to female and they spawned. They've been spawning about every 12-14 days since then. I haven't had time to try and raise any, that's going to be the hard part. Good luck!
