Would this be a bad idea? I've never had a sea horse. I think it would be kinda cool to have one (or even a pair). Would they do to much damage to the pod population?
seahorses in a refugium is a good environment for the seahorses, but it will defeat the puposes of a refugium.
basically it will just become a dedicated seahorse tank.
they will eat all the pods you are trying to keep. they also require a tall tank about 21 inches and low flow they are poor swimmers. check out www.seahorse.org
