need fish weird fish id

I found this fish swimming around early this morning in my reef tank. I dont know how it got there since my tanks been up and running for about 8 months and i never put it in. It is about 4in long with a clear body and a head like a snake. Its only about a 1/4 inch in thickness. The fins are like a FW knife.
