Just got my Free TDS Meter

Last week I purchased an Aqua FX Barracuda RO/DI from Atlantis Aquatics. Brian threw in a Free TDS Meter.

This thing is pretty cool. I never knew how bad my tap water was

Now I do!!!

I love the quick connect fittings on the unit. Aqua FX makes a nice product.

OK, I'll bite; tell us what reading your tap water is with the new TDS meter. I'm curious as I'm on well water...TIA, Ed

I have city water in a very old community.

My readings are similar to Newreefkeeper

Tap water: 320
RO water: 25
DI water: 4


And yes, I was referring to Brian at Atlantis

I think the deal is still on.

About 2 weeks ago, I was told that Brian no longer worked in Aqua FX. When did you last talked to him?

I was given a TDS meter free by Aqua FX as some kind of compensation for numerous problems with my Barracuda.

After using the Barracuda for about one month, making about 30 gallons of DI water, the readings are:
Tap water: 280
RO water: 28
DI water: 7

Are my readings normal? What are yours?
