So you're saying you have 4 Normal Output (NO) bulbs at 40 watts each, right?
You can keep mushrooms (Coralinamorphs), most polyps (Zoanthids), many leather corals (Sarcophyton, Lobophytum, etc).
I'd suggest getting Delbeek & Sprung's volume 2 and Eric Borneman's book.
They're great reference books.
And if you're anything like me, once you see what can be kept under higher output lighting, you'll wanna upgrade.
