IM NEW HERE HELP ME ON A ????? please

Hello i am 17 and just bought a 30 gallon fish tank and set it up for marine fish, I have a snowflake eel, a tomato clownfish, and a green brittle star,,, someone told me that i shouldn't have a eel with a green brittle star cause it would eat it, but they live in the same hole , so i guess no harm done,

and please answer this question, I have a 30 gallon fish tank, so far i have one green brittle star,, i am wanting a ruby brittle star, if i get one will they get along ok or will they kill each other, , Is it too many brittle stars for just a 30 gallon????????

sorry for allt eh questions but i am new and right now my craze is brittle stars, oh also , is the ruby brittle star as big as the green brittle star, say 6 inches across, that is what my green brittle star is also please tell me if this is a ruby brittle star it is half way down the page,,,,,,,,,,,,, http://www.wetwebmedia.com/brittlestars.htm

Welcome to the board. There are a great many knowledgable people here. Is this your first marine tank? If so what are you using for filtration and lighting etc etc?

thanx scavdog for replying, i have a 30 gallon , with a bio somehting filter, it is set up like the guy at the fish stores, he doesn't use protein skimmers, whatever tehy are i can't afford tehm right now ,,, i had a 20 for aobut 4 or 7 weeks, then i switched them to a 30 , what size of tank do you have, I am going to buy a 50/50 bulb as soon as possible
