Here is the updated plumbing. Fritz, you were dead on about the bubbles on the left side. Also, I have MUCH fewer bubble in the sock! However, there are still many bubbles and the overflow is much too noisy. How can I reduce the sound of the cascading water? Do I run the PVC below the water line? If I do this, it makes it much harder if not impossible to keep this filter sock mount. Should I raise the filter sock more? Should I try a different filter sock method? Where can they be purchased? Thanks again for all who have helped me get broken in. Also, where should the water line in the sump be? Should it be parallel to the bafflle in the skimmer chamber?

I forgot the size of your tank but you may want to consider throttling your pump back to say 50% or so. Less water = less air = less noise.

Also the longest run should be the run from the bottom of the T. This gives the air proper time to escape. With your above setup any microbubbles will travel over the one baffle and into your return pump. I would place the middle part of the T going to the left and into the filter sock, the bottom part of the T to the right. Filter socks will remove all the microbubbles (available at Marine Depot BTW) and your baffles on the right will get rid of any stray air that comes in that way.

Fritz, the tank is a 75 gallon. Are you telling me to switch my plumbing agian? This is different than the original advice you gave. I plumbed it exactly as you described in the earlier post. Also, how do I throttle back my pump? Do I put a ball valve above it?

I think I missed that you turned your sump around?
The easy fix then is to leave your plumbing as is and just turn your sump around.

You could throttle it back but on a 75 gallon I don't think I would. Durso standpipes let lots and lots of air into the pipe which is what causes all the noise. :(

Are you still testing it with freshwater? If so, noise and bubbles will be abundant. Saltwater will be different.

I'm not a fan of filtersocks, mainly because they have to be replaced every three days and cleaned. I don't want to have to do that much work, indefinitely. Rather, I suggest a bubble tower in the skimmer section. Your skimmer will pull out the particulates. Here's an example:
