I plan on using 2 x 250watt 65K iwaski bulbs and 2 x 110watt VHO attinics on a 75 gal tank.
I would like to know if the color rendition would be close to that of the 10K bulbs supplemented with attinics. The reason is that I like the blue tint but I want the lower kelvin bulbs for intensity for my sps and clams. So, will this combination give me a nice blue tint.

I don't think that will give you the blue tint you are looking for. You might go with the 10000K german with actinic. JMO

You will not get a blue tint with this combo. Toptank is right. Go with the 10,000K MH to get what you are looking for.

thank you guys. I was trying to avoid the high cost of the 10k bulbs.
