florida aquafarms??? home-made phytoplankton

I'm looking for the "florida aquafarm culture manual" and I found a phone number (which is disconnected) and a website (wich is unavailable). do you know guys either how can I reach "florida aquafarms" or where can I get a manual to produce phytoplankton? . Thank you for any help.
