After reading several positive threads about Reefpure's products and customer service, I decided to order one of their RO/DI units online via their web page. Well, a week-and-a-half later and I have not heard a thing from Dave Visovatti or anyone else at Reefpure. They accepted my payment of $226 immediately, including $10 for "same-day shipping," yet I have received no indication that they intend to ship me anything. Of their two listed phone numbers, one is not connected, and the other leads to an answering machine (which is currently full and no longer accepting messages. They have not responded to my phone messages nor to email.
In a previous thread Dave made the statement that he, "give(s) the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!" Well, Dave, if you are out there, I'm currently not very satisfied.
