green brittle to the sump

I got a clean up package today the green brittle started to attack the abalone and snails. I had the star for three months it never did that before. going back to the lps tommorow. has any one seen this behavior before.

Mine was banished to the sump several months ago after consuming a orchid dottyback and a prisoner damsel after leaving several others alone for over two years. Just feed him well and he'll leave others.
My niece and nephew love to hold him and now it is much easier to remove him.

I have similar problems with my nassarius snails after I acclimate my new arrivals. Shipping stresses many things to the point where scavengers think it's time for them to clean up. Once they recover I bet the the brittle leaves them alone.
