Dog Face Puffer in a 150gal acrylic?

I want to know if anyone here has kept a dog face or similar puffer in an acrylic tank. And those of you that have, do they always bite at the sides or is that a tempermental thing?
Also, I have heard different responces to keeping them with v. lions and clown triggers. What's your take on it?

My uncle has a dog faced puffer in his 600 gallon acrylic tank. His puffer has been biting the glass since the first day he got it. Dont know why.
