So just what is going on with reef pure?I ordered my 4 stage 50 gpd before christmas and it was shipped alittle slow but Im sure because of the holidays.I had a broken fitting when it showed up but I emailed reefpure and they were exellent to deal with.They sent the new fitting,some pipe thread tape,and even a replacement set of filters.I dont know whats going on now but one day reef pure rocks as some of you say and the next everyone is down on it.

I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I'm receiving from Dave's Reefpure. I ordered a Tornado 4 stage RO/DI and a 12000k Metal Halide retro kit from him almost three weeks ago and still it has not arrived.

Dave has been very hard to get a hold of too. I've left him numerous voice mails as well as e-mails with very little response. He finally sent me an E-Mail promising that he would have my order delivered next day at no additional charge and that it would arrive Tues. May 21. It's still not here.

I really didn't want it to come to this (slamming him on message boards) he really seemed like such a great guy on the phone. If he would have just called me and explained the situation I don't think I would feel so taken advantage of.

If any one is looking for a good RO/DI I would highly suggest paying a little more and buying it from a reputable dealer. This is really unfortunate because I would be here singing his praises if things were to go the other way, not to mention I would have been a customer for life.

-Thats because it was a brand new company that was trying to get publicity through some members of these boards. Now it is an older company that dosen't seem to rock anymore. :lol:

Guys,

We really should just move on concerning Dave's Reef Pure. It's apparent that he lacks Business 101, 102 and 103 :mrgreen: . There are plently of other vendors out there that know how to conduct proper business.
