How fast can I increase alk/calcium?

I've got a 125gal FO tank that I recently added small piece of star polyp. I've started testing Ca and alk, and both are low (alk=2.2m/l, Ca=315).

Question is how quickly can I add buffer/Ca to bring up? I'm using Kent pH*Buffer for Alk and Kent Liquid Calcium.

Can I add every hour to bring it up, add some every day, or something in between?

Add some every day. You should probably shoot for 20-30ppm increase each day, 1meq/l alk each day.

Good luck with that stuff--it's tough to get use it daily and still keep everything in balance. Take a look into the 2 part supplements (ESV b-ionic or tech a&b by kent); they're much simpler to use for normal day to day maintenance of Calcium and Alk.
