Ebay's Fishman Good or bad experiences?

Does anyone have experience dealing with Ebayzfishman? I inquired about a price on (2) Maxijet400's and a Mag float 350. I was quoted $44 including shipping. Which is an okay deal. But He has quite a few negative feedbacks in the last month or so. They were mostly about the goods not being sent once Fishman was paid. I am a little leary about sending him my money. What do you think?
