Has anyone ordered from marine center?

They seem to have a lot of fish in stock.I just didn't know their quality.

The quality is great! at least the ones I got from them. The first is a dwarf hawaiian moray, I got another marine betta and a jewel tang from them. All specimen looks healthy and acclimated into my tank well.

The only mistake I made is misinterpret the size they told me. When I ordered from other MO places, the size they say it was, I end up getting a bit smaller. Marine Center told me the jewel tang is about 5", I interpret it as 4", Well......when I received it, it is a whopping 5-6 inches. Now I am afraid my tank is too small for him and I'll have to sell him back to my LFS!! If anyone has a 400G+ tank and want this tang, I will trade with him. Otherwise, he is going to my LFS this weekend.

Been buying from them for over 2 years, pretty happy with the service and level of quality. They stand by their shipping and are extremely helpful.

One thing I have noticed, make sure you order by phone so you can verify everything is in stock. I don't know about you, but it doesn't pay for me to have orders split. But thats generic advice for wherever you go.

Never actually ordered from them, but... I've dealt with Angela there a few times trying to track down some real oddball species that are never imported. They were always helpful and responsive, even if they couldn't in the end get me what I wanted.

I echo the above sentiments - I have ordered several times in the past. Livestock is good quality. Fish tend to run on the large size. Corals have been a little smaller than anticipated. Strongly recommend ordering by phone. I have dealt with Randy and he has been knowledgeable and quite helpful. Also, packing of the order was outstanding.

I have placed 5 orders with them and gotten nothing but the best critters and service. They are hard to get ahold of on the phone, but WILL call you back when you leave a message. It may be at midnight, but they will call and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will tell you not to buy something that is not right for your tank, which is something that not many places will do.
