The IceCap MH ballasts are certainly convenient, but they don't have the best reliability record on the planet. If you go that way don't be too surprised if you have to send it in for repairs at some point.
IMO the PFO ballasts are about the best bet.
If you're sure you will stick with the Iwasaki bulb, then get a PFO Mercury Vapor ballast rather than a Metal Halide. The bulb will burn at a higher temp and be less yellow. The Iwasaki is actually designed to be used with a MV ballast, in fact their web site says it won't work at all on a MH. Now, we all that's not exactly true, but it does work better on MV.
