In order for myself, or anyone to help you out, you need to provide a little more information first.
Tank specs, equipment you have, what corals you plan on keeping, specific setup you have in mind (DSB, plenum, skimerless, etc), lighting, electrical, cooling/heating (fans, chiller), pump requirments (sump, sumpless), water movement (wavemakers, dump buckets, sea swirls, power heads), etc, etc.
In other words, give us your basic plan, and budget constraints, and we will be able to offer you more help.

4 MH pendants (2 - 175W, 2 - 400W)

two ampmaster 3000s for closed loops
two hayward motorized ball valves for wave action
On the closed loops
One ampmaster 3000 for dedicated return pump
through 1.5 inch lines reduced to duel 1.25
inch returns.
one ampmaster 3000 split to a 1.5 inch return line
to match the other side and a 1 inch line
feeding the refugium.
Very large MYREEF skimmer run by yet another
Ampmaster 3000. Total of 5 ampmaster 3000s.
Lifereef Calcium reactor will be used
Spectrapure litermeter for topoffs
4 x 400 watt 20000K metalhalides with Blueline Es.
4 x 110 Vhos. spectrum to be determined.
No chiller needed. difficult enough to get the
temp to 80. I need more heaters. I keep my room at 76 degrees and I have trouble getting the temp above 74 and my two heaters run constantly. Once my lights are on it will be better but not much. I have no hood over the tank and the lights hang so they don't add much heat to the water.
2 x 350 watt Won titanium heaters.
Lots of flex. PVC pipe and unions, bulkheads, and
ball valves. You will spend more than you think on the plumbing. I bet I spent over 600 bucks on fittings, glue and pipe alone.
Make sure you get good glue for your pipe expecially for the flex stuff. Mine was blue and was for the flexable pipe.

Skimmer: modified (to fit stand) My Reef Creations skimmer driven by a Dolphin 3000 pump.
Sump Return: a Dolphin 4500 pump returning water from the sump and back to the tank through 8x 0.5-0.75" returns spaced along the back wall of the tank.
Closed loop circulation: 2x Iwaki 40RXLT pumps, each connected to a 1" SeaSwirl at the front corners of the tank.
