My tank is very well populated with these small worms. They are not causing any problems at the moment but I'm worried they might get bigger and out of control. Any population management suggestions?

I used to have a Fire Shrimp and a Coral Banded that ate them. I guess any shrimp would have a dig, but the Arrow head crabs are especially keen on them. Thats whay they have such long arms, so they can reach between the spines to pluck at the meat, mmmmmmmmmm tasty.

They are among the best things you can have in you tank. Don't kill them. The more the better. They will aid in "keeping house"... eating scraps of uneaten food and detritus.

I agree with RFK 100%, but if you really want to get rid of them as mentioned an arrow crab is good, but will fight to the death with CB shrimp, I also believe they are not 100% reef safe, not sure.
Also a Flame Hawk is an excellent choice, plenty of personality and a taste for bristle worms, and possibly hermits, and shrimp! The one I had did not touch my hermits or shrimp but did keep check on my bristle worms.
