sandy water

I recently purchased a golden headed sleeper goby. I love this fish. He is very healthy. Happy. And eating constantly. The way they eat does stir up the sand though. While this is healthy for the sandbed, It is making my tank kind of sandy/cloudy. Is this because my sandbed has not really been moved much, so there is a lot of particles being released, and will then clear up in a few days? If not, what could I do to reduce this occuring?
