My new turboflotor 1000 PS is causing some concerns :
1) Where should the silencer go? Should it be higher or lower than the hang on PS? Should the silencer be filled with water? It makes a hissing sound all the time that stops when I put my finger over the hole. Is that how it should be?
2) There are too many bubbles coming out of the outflow boxes. How can I reduce/stop the bubbles?
3) The flow control taps are threequarters on. If they are full on, the water pours into the foam cup in minutes. Is that ok?

Hi CJRodders,
1 The silencer should be above water level in tank, dont fill it with water. It will always hiss a bit thats just the air getting sucked in dont block it or you wont get no bubbles in the skimmer.
2 leave it running for a few days before twiddling with the adjustment mine filled the tank with bubbles for a few days.
Hope this helps
John.

Mine never got water in the cup ans always worked awsome. Make sure your aqua bee pump has the reducer in the intake. The silencer always worked great for me above, below, where ever with no water.
