Anemone question?????

I have 2 BTA's that are healthy and dark greenish brown and this morning I noticed a small anemone on the bottom of my tank. How do BTA's reproduce?? is this a little BTA or something else all together. I havent added anything to my tank in well over 6 months. sorry no pic. Its small disk like and bright white .. the tenticles are about 1/2 inch long TIA

i was doing some lights off viewing with my little flashlight the other night and i noticed some baby anemones. with the lights on, i can't see them. but the flashlight reveals their most obvious characteristic. they have tiny whitish bulbs/spots on the tips of their tentacles. i'm pretty sure what i'm seeing is aiptasia.
