A while ago I switche from 2 55W Super Atinic PCs with 2 250W 10K MH to just 2 12K 250W MH. The previous combo of bulbs gave off way too much yellow/green and the tank looked bad plus had tons of algae blooms. Now the problem is it isnt as brihgt with the 12Ks. I want to put the 10K and PCs back in but I will need to upgrade my PCs. Will a VHO bulb be better? The hood is 48", should I try to get another pair of PCs in their or do a VHO converions?
