Ordered a ro/di unit 10/01/01 and have not received. Have called several times and he said he would get back to me. He never called. Terrible customer service. Will never do business with again.

i also ordered about the same time as you and was given the runaround, and if it where not for me calling dave @ reefpurei would still be waiting. With his help and i still dont know if he was paid bt rich he shipped my unit and it is great!!!!
