Canopy Fans Re-visited

I am looking for a fan for my canopy to withdraw the heat from the lights. Right now I have a 12v DC 3-4" fan that must be about 26+dBA which makes my room sound like a server room.

All the fans at radio shack(and on their webpage) are 24dBA ++++ 24dBA=REALLY LOUD

I would like a 12V(or less) DC 3-4" fan for my canopy that is under 20dBA.
Where can I find one of these?

I can make an observation on the fans you can get.

Within a few days you'll forget what silence was like. It's kind of like being on a long flight - initally the enignes sound loud - after 30 min you've forgotten about them.

actually 20-26 dec is about where all those fans fall as far as noise. I got an excellent fan site for you (well computers actually). Heres my favorate
