Jeff's Exotic Fish...How is quality of coral & fish?

I'm looking to order fish and coral and was wondering what you experiences are with Jeff's Exotic Fish. How is the 9 for $99 coral deal. Is any of it captive raised? Is the stuff good quality & does it arrive in good shape?
How about fish you've gotten from there. I haben't read anything bad about them yet, but just wanted to put the feelers out on them. Their prices and selection are excellent! Ifd their service and quality are equally as good, they might be the ones I go with.

My first order from them was for some hermit crabs, peppermint shrimp and a blue linkia star. They sent me fire shrimp rather than peppermints, never sent the 5 left handed hermits and 2 of the 3 scarlet hermits died within 2 days. The blue linkia is doing fine.

I also ordered the 9 for 99 deal. All corals were excellent quality (much better than I see at LFS)except for 2 of them. A xenia was in pieces when I open the bag, I think it should have been shipped with a piece of styrofoam attach to the base rock to keep it foating. What did stay intact of the xenia eventually died. An open brain had some tissue recession, but I'm nursing it back and seems to be doing ok.

For the most part I was happy with the corals and probably would order from them again. Check to see if they have a return policy for any corals you get that are in poor shape, although it may not be worth it trying to send it back if you have to pay the freight.

I have been doing business with Jeff for 2 years and have always been happy.

I have only had one shippment from him as most of the time I drive up to LA as it is only 1 1/hrs drive.

I have never had anything delivered from him. I am about 30 miles from his warehouse. Usually I can't wait til the weekend I can go to Gardena and check out his live stock. I am there at least twice a month.
