I siphon them out every time I do a water change, and this helps a little.
Some people have reported that mandarinfish or other dragonets will eat them. I bought a mandarin and it wasted away without eating any of the planaria.
Also, I've heard that there's a particular nudibranch which will eat planaria, but I've never tried that route.
FWIW, the planaria are not know to hurt anything, although they look nasty when they get to plague proportions.

Good luck,
Jon

Use a rigid airline tubing to suck them out. Make an angle cut on the tip so you can lightly scrape them off the surface without damages(eg. surface of leather...).

This will work for the ones on the coral and hard surfaces, but do not use this method on the sand as you will most likely get the siphone tube stuck. Wait for them to relocate to hard surface and siphon them out then.

If you can take the rock, coral out, freshwater dip/rinse will remove most, if not all, of them. They will instantly fell off the surface.
