I'm a member. To me it's worth the membership. It's only about 100x better than a subscription to an aquarium magazine for about the same price...:)

Hi:
I too am a member..thanks james.
And also agree wholeheartedly w/ James assessment.
Scott Michaels does a fantastic job at keeping ones interest and presents incredible photos w/ some very knowledgeable background.
I will say that the site is focused alot on diving and diving related topics, but there is certainly plenty of info.
Last point... IMO the site is not reef tank hobbist oriented in that they describes lots of fish, and environments, but don't go into details about compatibility issues, feeding, ease of keeping etc. You need to purchase his pocket guide for this information.
What the site does provide is the great details which are missing, and amazing number of top photos and excellent behind the scenes stuff.
My opinion

Member in good standing and will be until the day it dies. If you couldn't tell, I like it and think it is well worth the money.

Plus, if you join through the link at reefs.org, you save a couple of dollars. I think it comes down to 27 bux.

That's like 5 issues of FAMA...:)

Cheers
