New Lighting Suggestion.

I am looking to upgrade my lighting for my tank, currently i have a leather, open brain, torch, frogspawn, purple mushrooms, and gsp. I have a 29 gallon tank, I am leaning towards a 12000 k 175 halide. any suqqestions on brand. I dont know much about the halide lights, i would be using my current 55 watt smartlight also.thanks for the help

Sounds good for that size tank. Do you plan on making the hood yourself?
