I am trying to figure out what this creature is in my reef tank. Any suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way to describe it is it looks like a centipede. It looks black from a distance, but under a magnifying glass appears reddish brown. It has a single white ring about 1 mm below the head. Its legs are black and white as well as the feeder tenticles protruding from the head. It is very sensitive to any movement and instantly darts back into its' hole between the sand and the rock very quickly. So far it appears to be about 4-5 inches long but I have yet to see the end of it.
