Mushroom maintenance

Could some-one give me some guidelines for maintaining healthy mushrooms.I have success with most things but these buggers just seem to get the better of me,I try moving them about my tanks but they (different types) just insist on either shrivelling up,bleaching and dropping off the rock they came attached to or just sitting there looking not very happy.My set up meets all the accepted parameters although up till now I havent used MH's but everything else flourishes.I hear people saying theirs multiply and I think if only!
At present I have very healthy ,Hammer,Bubble,softies,toadstool,hermits,snails etc

Try adding iodine very slowly. Watch how the other inverts react. Check iodine levels weekly to determine how much iodine is safe and to maintain that level. After few weeks if the iodine was the problem you will notice a difference in the shrooms
