Help with feeding corals

I just got my shipment of golden pearls and tahitian blend from brineshrimpdirect. For those that use these products, can you tell me how you add them to the tank. Do you soak in tank water first, or add directly to tank? How much of the golden pearls for a lightly stocked 55 Gal.?Thanks for any info.

Go easy with the GPs. I would start with less than 1/32 tsp per week. It is VERY nutrient rich and will invite all kinds of nasty algae to come visit you. I put mine in a container of tank water and stir it around a few times for 5-10 minutes before tossing it in the tank.
