Feeding corals

Greetings

How do you folks feed your corals? I saw an earlier post where someone suggested blowing off the rocks at night is sufficient. Is this true?
I have ~5-6 watts per gallon of VHO. The corals are a maze brain coral, green hammer, pink blastomussa (sp?), zoanthids, mushrooms, sinularia. The tank is a 29 gal with 45 lbs of live rock, a DSB and a CPR 2R. Corals all look healthy but I would like to provide optimum growth. I do not want to import alot of nutrients however. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If it has a mouth and willing to grap onto food, feed it. More success if fed at night with an piece of raw shrimp.

Hey Tetra, what kind of lighting do you have in your 60 gal.? it looks very nice.
