I have a Sinularia also(Knobby). Did you acclimate your lighting? It could be the Frogspawn's problem also. Give it a few days to adjust. Mine shrinks for a few days then produces a waxy build up, which removes ditrus and algae on it, that blows away and the following day it looks better than ever.

That sounds like a lot of light to me. Give it a few days and if it doesn't recover I would move it. I have a tree coral (capnela) that I simply cut at the base as closely as possible to the rock and then rubberband to another rock. In a week I have two, one small one where it was and another big one on the new rock.
