San Fran - any good stores?

I'll be visiting the San Fransisco area next weekend and I would like to check out any good stores that are around. I don't plan on buying anything but I'm always up for looking at cool stuff, you know how it is.

Nippon on Geary has best selection, Lucky Ocean on about 2nd & Balboa is small but owner is knowledgeable & friendly, worth a look, sometimes has strange stuff.

I looked up both those shops in the yellow pages and then mapped them on mapquest; are they just a few blocks from each other? They look pretty damn close to me. Maybe 1/4 mile? Thats awesome for me.

Any more shops?

If you don't have to stay in San Francisco, and can travel to the East Bay, I suggest visiting Tropical Paradise in San Leandro. It's definitely worth the trip -- even if it's just to see the SPS tank being built with dual 100 gallon surge tanks.

Tropical Paradise? What street is that on? I work in Hawayrd, so San Leandro is very close. I've never heard of that store though. Aquarium Concepts is building a new store right across the street from where I work. It should be open by the 15th.
