I put a live DSB in my refugium but will not get macro for it until next week. Is there a benefit to running reverse lighting until that time or will I only be growing micro algae?
I would recomend running the lights about 4 hours per day untill you get your Macro. This will help to get things beginning to balance and help with pods without an overgrowth of hair.
