I have just gotten my live rock and I have my lights set on a 14 hour cycle. When I get up in the morning after the lights have been off all night, some of my alge is white until the lights have been on for a bit. Is this normal? Also, I have noticed that some of my cured rocks coralline alge (purple) is starting to fade. Is there a suppliment I should be feeding the algae?
