Good lighting for these corals?

Well I'm thinking about purchasing a VHO setup of 2 75w VHO bulbs and then i'd combine that with two actinic SO bulbs, all of which would go over my 29g i'm setting up. I'd like to know if this would be sufficient lighting for the following:

Briarium stechei (Green Star Polyps)
Cladiellia colti (Colt Coral)
Discosoma sp.
Lobophyllia sp. (Carpet Brain Coral)
Parazoanthus sp. (Yellow Polyps)
Plerogyra sinuosa (bubble Coral)
Sinulara dura (Flower Leather)
Zoanthus sp. (Pink Sea Mat)

Also is there anything else u guys can recommend? Thanx for the help!
