Xenia Fragging Itself!

During the time my lights were out (the dark age) I took the paper off the back and let sunlight in thus making my xenia bend over two of it's stalks toward the back and attach to another rock, now the stalk connecting it to the rest of the xenia is getting smaller every day and now seems it is going to detach. Is this normal behavior? Thanks.

That's how it works. It reaches out, grabs onto something new, and then pulls itself away, sometimes the whole stalk, sometimes a little bit. In a few more months you won't find it so cool anymore.

That is the way it works sometimes. I like to push a rock up against the glas and watch it attach in a couple of days. Then it travels up the glass to get more light. I then slice the Xenia off of the glass to clean it up or give it away. Be creative.... it will forgive you.
